If you are not satisfied with your purchase for some reason, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number for instruction on how to return your item.
The item you wish to return must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original box provided. Items that appear worn or used will not be refunded and returned to the customer.
The purchased item you wish to return must be received or shipped to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Return of defective items
If you received a defective or damaged item – we apologize in advance, and we will replace this piece as quickly as possible.
If you need to exchange a piece, send us an email within 14 days of receiving your order at email@example.com with a picture of the faulty item, and we will assist you promptly.
After the exchange is approved, we will send you a return label for you to return the faulty items, and we will send you a new piece/s free of charge
